JON PALMEN
President

Jon Palmen grew up in Kenosha, WI and attended Tremper High School, where he played football, basketball, and tennis. He achieved six letters and qualified for the State Tennis tournament finishing in the Top 32. Jon also competed in three sports at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. Today Jon continues to play, coach and compete in athletics. He currently coaches basketball at The Prairie School and coaches all of his daughters at the Rec Plex. Jon has also coached football and Small Fry basketball. Jon’s passion for athletics and coaching were inspired by his father’s dedication and love for sports. Jon currently resides in Kenosha with his wife Suzanne and three daughters.

BETH POLZIN
Consultant Dietitian
Beth has over 8 years of healthcare experience in clinical nutrition. She has worked with both adults and children in medical nutrition therapy and counseling. Active in running, swimming, tennis, and cycling, she has completed several runs and rides including the Twin Cities Marathon, Madison Half Marathon, The Relay in San Francisco, and The Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival. Beth supports the sport of competitive swimming as a board member of Southeastern Aquatics Swim Team. She is a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association, a Certified Dietitian in Wisconsin and a License Dietetic Nutritionist in Illinois. Beth graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Mount Mary College and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Rick grew up in Menomonee Falls, WI and attended North High School where he played football, basketball, golf and baseball for 4 years. He achieved 9 letters while playing on 3 Conference Championship teams, and was All-Conference in 3 sports. As a college student, Rick played baseball and golf for the Milwaukee School of Engineering while obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. He received several All Lake Michigan Conference honors in both sports and will be inducted into the MSOE Athletics Hall of Fame. Rick continued to play baseball in the Land O’ Lakes and Milwaukee Langsdorf Leagues as a shortstop for 25 years. He has also coached Little League and High School baseball for 8 years. Rick is a Certified PGA Professional (Golf Operations), a Titleist TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and is currently pursuing an ACE Certification in Personal Training as well as additional certifications in Instruction and TPI. He is an experienced club-fitter and has worked extensively with the V1 Digital Teaching Software. Rick has most recently worked at The Club at Strawberry Creek in Kenosha as the PGA Director of Instruction, and at Carthage College as the Head Women’s Golf Coach. He has also worked with the Kenosha News creating weekly golf tip articles and web videos.
