The Athletic Republic of Libertyville Golf Program includes:

 

  • Resistance Cord – Training with our patented PowerCord and hitting harness isolates specific muscles for sport specific movements like proper hip rotation during club swing.
  • Flexibility – The key to playing better…longer. All sessions include exercises to increase flexibility for optimum performance. Balance specific exercises will help improve your balance allowing for a more uid and powerful swing.
  • Strength Training (optional) – Through the use of specially designed weight equipment and an individualized program, golfers can develop and increase their strength base.
